About Us

Asian Pacific Group of Companies (APGC) is a pioneer property marketer and developer that aims to uplift the quality of life of every Filipino. Over the decades, we have successfully placed a roof over the heads of thousands of families with the help of our flagship company, sister companies, and powerhouse partners in the real estate industry.

Our group comprises three companies: Asian Pacific Realty and Brokerage Corporation (APRBC), Asian Pacific Estates Development Corporation (APEDCO), and Asian Empire Corporation (AEC).

APRBC, our flagship company, concentrates on the marketing of residential and commercial subdivisions, townhouses, condominiums, hotels and commercial complexes, golf courses and resorts, and proprietary membership shares.

APEDCO, the holding company of APGC, is active in both sole and joint venture land development partnerships with some of the country’s finest companies.

AEC, our sister company, focuses on the acquisition of all kinds of properties to own or use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, mortgage, exchange, lease, or hold for investment.
